About Bartley Estates
T&T Lets Clean has been running for over 12 years. We are a personal, hands-on company and believe strongly in good customer service, reliability and building long-term relationships with our clients.
We are particularly proud that in over 12 years we have never missed a scheduled clean. Over that time, we have built a varied portfolio of clients and partnerships, from small local businesses through to high-net-worth individuals, larger corporate organisations as well as holiday lets.
We understand the importance of being discreet, professional, punctual and dependable, for every client.
Community is hugely important to us. We believe in supporting local people and businesses, building strong relationships and, where possible, using eco-friendly products and doing our part as a responsible local business.
New Forest Stays is our holiday letting and property management company, looking after homes and guests across Hampshire.
Just like T&T Lets Clean, it’s all about real people and real relationships. Owners and guests speak directly with our local team, rather than being passed through automated AI customer service.
From bookings and guest communication to changeovers and day-to-day property care, we keep things personal, friendly and straightforward.
At the heart of all three of our businesses, the idea is simple: look after people, look after property and stay connected to the community around us.
